The factory-owned heat treating plant on 7-1-1993 was hived off part of the former company “Allgemeine Betriebswerkzeuge GmbH” which became insolvent and was founded newly under the legal form “single enterprise” as firm “Lohnhärterei Faulhaber” Zella-Mehlis, Ackerstraße 14.

The heat-treating plant consists for decades. As a traditional pay heat treating plant with the laboratory belonging to it it is well known to the customers. In the “Lohnhärterei Faulhaber” they carry out services in the field the thermal and thermo-chemical heat treatment.
